Order cancellation

If your order has been paid you can still change your order by contacting us within 8 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be changed. No Cancellations!

Refunds

Our #1 priority is your satisfaction hence, the reason we offer your refund for faulty products. 

Your can request a refund or reshipment if you did not receive your order within the guaranteed 45 days not including 4-7 working days. In case you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

There are no returns unless the product(s) you received have defect(s).

Not eligible for refund or reshipment:

  • If your order did not arrive due to the wrong shipping address provided by you
  • If your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of XtremeDivision.com such as custom clearance issues, delayed by a natural disaster
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of XtremeDivision.com

*You can submit refund requests within 7 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do this by emailing us at info@xtremedivision.com

When contacting us, please provide the following information in your email, and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

  • Your full name and order number
  • The original item and size that you ordered
  • The new item and size that you would like
  • A reason for your return
  • Any other comments or suggestions for XtremeDivision.com

*Please note that the customer is responsible for any additional cost for any return or exchange.

If you are approved for a refund, the refund will be in the form of a credit to the original purchasing credit card or PayPal account within 14 days.

Shipping is Non-Refundable.
